Cal American Homes was built by people who have swung the hammer, walked the vacant house and sat at the closing table. We started in California and grew one state at a time, each time because a client asked us to follow their portfolio.
Our clients are national single-family REITs and institutional funds. They do not need another vendor to manage. They need one team that takes the asset and returns a wire.
We hold ourselves to a simple rule: you talk to us, never to a subcontractor. If something goes wrong on an asset, it is our name on it.
