This is an absolutely fabulous turn of the century home located in Downtown Upland.  The home was completely renovated with an open concept floor plan, while still maintaining the original features that accentuates its rustic charm. Original hardwood floors that are over a century old have been brought back to life with a milkpaint look. Old and new beautifully coalesce with the brand new kitchen with gorgeous quartz counters and custom floor tile  With the neoteric designed hall bath which includes an original commercial cast iron sink that has been meticulously restored with a splash of contemporary color. I really loved working on this house and I think that all of the details gives this home its charm. We installed new corbels around the front of the house with a gingerbread peak to complete the look. We spend over a week on salvaging the drop casement windows because I knew that whoever built them originally must put a lot of pride in their work and it is only right that we try and honor that craftsmanship.
